AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca would be delighted to return to Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, according to his official representative.
It is now clear that the Colombian is not in the first team plans of head coach Vincenzo Montella, and moving back to Sevilla could be on the cards.
Los Rojiblancos are in the market for a proven goalscorer and Carlos Bacca is the obvious choice, especially since he seems keen on returning.
“It’s well known that he would like to go back to Sevilla,” Bacca’s agent Sergio Barila told Estadio Deportivo.
“He had a wonderful part of his life and sporting career there, which is why he’d love a return.
“When Bacca arrived at Milan, he signed a five-year contract and intended to see it through, but unfortunately there was a change of ownership and sporting direction, so they have other ideas.
“This is why the best thing is to find a solution that makes everyone happy. Having said that, Carlos and his family really like being in Milan and remaining is still an option.”
Carlos Bacca, 30, had enjoyed two very successful campaigns with Sevilla, during which he bagged 49 goals and produced another 22 assists, winning two Europa League trophies.
