Columbia international striker Carlos Bacca has been linked with a move away from AC Milan for quite some time and it appears that the forthcoming summer transfer window will see former Sevilla striker leave Italy for pastures greener.
The 30-year-old striker has made 24 Serie A appearances this season and has 13 league goals on his tally, but does not feature in Vincenzo Montella’s long-term plans with Rossoneri.
A move is on the cards for the experienced forward who appears to be eyed by Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille.
Marseille sporting director Andoni Zubizareta’s summer priority is to recruit a striker since Bafetimbi Gomis is expected to leave the club at the end of the season and Carlos Bacca is believed to be topping his transfer wish list, according to French media outlet Le 10 Sport.
The same source do note that AC Milan new owners could urge Montella to change his stance on Carlos Bacca so it remains to be seen what the summer holds for former Sevilla star.
