Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas will enter his name on an exclusive club list, should he take the field against Athletic Bilbao on Sunday.

Casillas will make his 600th official appearance for Real Madrid if he features in the La Liga clash, putting him in select company at the Bernabeu.

Only Raul (741 games), Manuel Sanchis (709), Santillana (645), Francisco Gento (602) and Fernando Hierro (601) have played more official games for Los Blancos.

Casillas, however, will become the first shot-stopper to reach six centuries of games for the Primera Division table-toppers.

The goalkeeper made his official debut against Athletic at San Mames in September 1999 and has since appeared in 438 league games, 118 Champions League matches, 27 Copa del Rey encounters, five Intercontinental cup games, nine Spanish Supercopa encounters, and two European Supercup matches.
