According to a recent report from L’Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani is ready to leave the club during next year’s summer transfer window. They have not yet held talks with the Uruguay international over a new deal, and after a few years of confusion and uncertainty regarding his happiness there, it finally seems as if he’s willing and ready to move on.
It’s no secret that Cavani hasn’t been all too pleased with his role at the club as of late, and it appears as if that has manifested in recent times. When you combine that with the fact that he has been heavily linked with a move to Major League Soccer via Inter Miami, it seems like just a matter of time before this potential deal becomes official.
If it’s not North America that Cavani decides to make a move to, then there are plenty of other destinations that could be on the table.
