Petr Cech’s agent has urged Liverpool to make a bid for the goalkeeper when the transfer window reopens next month, according to the Metro.
The Blues shot-stopper has fallen behind Belgium international Thibaut Courtois in the Stamford Bridge pecking order this season but has ruled out a move in January.
However, his representative Viktor Kolar has said that his client will be keen to move at the end of the season, so it may be worth the Reds making offer, what with their current goalkeeping crisis.
Prior to this campaign, Cech had racked up four hundred and seventy appearances in all competitions, winning three league titles, four FA Cups, two league cups, the Europa League and the Champions League along the way though he has played just eight times so far this season.
Chelsea beat Stoke City yesterday evening to regain a three point lead at the top of the Premier League.
