Celtic and Rangers kept apart in Scottish Cup

Celtic and Rangers could yet meet in the Scottish Cup final for the first time in eight years after the Glasgow giants were kept apart in Monday’s semi-final draw.

Celtic will face Hibernian or Ross County while Rangers will play Raith Rovers if they beat Dundee United in a replay.

Holders Rangers were held to a 3-3 home draw by United on Sunday after losing a two-goal lead, while Hibs also face a replay after drawing 2-2 against County at Easter Road.

Both replays will take place next week with the semi-finals being held at Glasgow’s Hampden Park, Scotland’s national stadium, on the weekend of April 10/11.
