Celtic sack Mowbray

(GSM) – Celtic have sacked Tony Mowbray, according to reports from the manager’s friends.

The 46 year-old had only been in charge of the Bhoys since last summer when he moved to Celtic from recently relegated West Bromwich Albion.

After a succesful start of his spell at Celtic Park his side’s form and fortunes declined considerably.

After last night’s humilliation at St. Mirren (4-0 defeat) Celtic are ten points adrift of leaders Rangers, having also played two games more.
