Chelsea welcome Southampton to Stamford Bridge in the Premier League this evening, and are big favourites to pick up all three points to get their title hunt back on track after a recent blip. With the Saints inconsistent themselves of late while having nothing other than pride to play for now, the Blues should deliver on home soil.

Antonio Conte’s Chelsea side are currently top of the Premier League table with 75 points from 32 games this season, having won two of their last three outings. However, the Blues have come unstuck in two of their previous four, but did respond with an FA Cup semi-victory over Tottenham to somewhat end the blip.

As for the visitors, Claude Puel’s Southampton side find themselves ninth in the division with 40 points from 31 games, coming off the back of two wins from their last three. The Saints have impressed on the road too, winning three of their previous four away games, but a lack of real motivation might be what sees them come unstuck.
