Chelsea and Man United want Sabitzer

According to a recent report from Sky Germany, Chelsea and Manchester United are making a late push to sign Marcel Sabitzer.

The belief is that Bayern’s sporting director is on the phone to both clubs, with neither yet having agreed to any kind of permanent deal.

Chelsea have been working for a while now to try and complete the signing of Enzo Fernandez but it has yet to go through. On the flip side, Manchester United have lost Christian Eriksen to injury until at least April, forcing their hand when it comes to securing a new midfielder.

Bayern are willing to give him away either on loan or sell him on a permanent deal, but it could all come down to how much time is next by the end of the night.

Whatever the case may be, this feels like one that is going to come down to the wire.
