Chelsea and Real Madrid are interested in signing Franck Kessie from AC Milan in the summer of 2021, according to MilanLive. However, Italian giants Milan do not want to sell the 24-year-old midfielder and plan to keep him at the club.
Kessie has been on the books of Milan since 2017 when he joined from Atalanta. The 24-year-old has established himself as a key figure for the Rossoneri and is a now regular in the first team. According to WhoScored, the Ivory Coast international midfielder has made 24 starts and one substitute appearance in Serie A so far this season, scoring nine goals and providing two assists in the process. Kessie has also made four starts and two substitute appearances in the Europa League this campaign, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
Milan are second in the Serie A table at the moment with 56 points from 26 matches, six points behind leaders and city rivals Inter Milan.
