Sky Italia is reporting that Chelsea and Arsenal have been credited with interest in Bayern Munich striker Mario Mandzukic.
The Croatian forward reportedly wants to quit Alianz Arena as he believes he will have to play second fiddle to Robert Lewandowski in case he stays.
And while Italian giants Juventus remain keen, Sky Italia has revealed contacts with Chelsea and Arsenal.
The player’s representatives were reportedly in London this week to open initial talks with the two clubs and hear what they are prepared to offer.
Mario Mandzukic established himself as a first team regular at Bayern shortly after arriving from Wolfsburg, and has so far scored 32 goals in 47 Bundesliga appearances for the club.
After eliminating Premier League giants Arsenal in the Last 16 stage, Bayern Munich have been pitted against Manchester United in the quarter-finals, with the Bavarians 1/2 to win the first leg at Old Trafford.
