Chelsea have once again been linked with a big money move for Brazilian striker Hulk, according to the Mirror.
The Blues have turned to the Zenit St Petersburg man after seeing number one target Radamel Falcao join Ligue 1 side Monaco.
The club originally approached Hulk last summer, but were unable to agree on a fee with his then club Porto, leading Zenit to table a colossal bid which was subsequently accepted.
The 26 year old has had a tough time in Russia having fallen out with manager Luciano Spalletti and been criticised by the Russian clubs fans, while his astronomical wages caused friction within the dressing room.
Now the Russian Premier League runners up seem ready to cut their losses on the player who made just eighteen appearances last season, scoring seven goals.
The forward has also won 21 caps for Brazil, the most recent of which coming in Sunday’s 2-2 draw with England in the Maracana.
