Chelsea are reportedly leading the chase for Benfica forward Angel di Maria.
Chelsea sent former chief executive Peter Kenyon to Lisbon this week to step up talks over amove for the highly-rated forward.
The Blues have long been linked with the 22-year-old and could make a £36million move for the forward.
A Benfica source told News of the World: “Chelsea are very keen on a deal now before taking him to London in the summer. He seems to be a top priority.”
Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona are also reportedly keeping tabs on the winger.
