Chelsea consider Zaha swoop

The Mirror understand that Chelsea may make a move for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha when the transfer window reopens in January.

The Ivory Coast international has been a shining light for the Eagles all season, through their early struggles and has played a key part in their recent revival.

Tottenham Hotspur had also been linked with a move for the former Manchester United man though the reigning Premier League champions appear to be winning the race to secure his services.

Zaha is currently in his second spell with Palace having began his career with them before securing a move to Old Trafford.

He made just a handfull of appearances for the Red Devils before, via a loan spell at Cardiff City, returning to Selhurst Park in the summer of 2014.

In total, he has played one hundred and seventy times for the South London side, scoring thirty-eight goals.
