Chelsea are interested in signing Victor Osimhen from Napoli in the summer of 2023, according to The Mirror. The report has claimed that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are determined to bring the striker to Stamford Bridge and are prepared to offer the Serie A club whatever it takes.
Napoli, who could win the Serie A title this season, reportedly want £90 million in transfer fees for Osimhen. Chelsea are also facing competition for the striker from Premier League rivals Manchester United.
Osimhen is one of the best strikers around and has been superb for Napoli. The Nigeria international has scored 16 goals and given three assists in 17 Serie A matches for the Naples outfit so far this season. The 24-year-old has also scored one goal in three UEFA Champions League games for Napoli so far this campaign. Napoli currently find themselves at the top of the Serie A table with 56 points from 21 games.
