Chelsea eye Bonucci move

Chelsea are hoping to agree a deal for Juventus centre-back Leonardo Bonucci, according to the Express.

The Italy international is in line for a new deal with the Serie A champions though Blues boss Antonio Conte is keen on securing his services as he looks to strengthen his squad following back to back defeats.

Both Chelsea and Premier League leaders Manchester City were linked with a move for the twenty-nine year old, who has been with Juve since the summer of 2010.

During his time with the Old Lady he has racked up two hundred and eighty appearances in all competitions, scoring sixteen goals

He has been part of the squads that have won five consecutive league titles while he also has won the Coppa Italia twice and played in the 2015 Champions League final defeat to Barcelona while he has been capped sixty-three times for his country, scoring four goals.
