Chelsea eyeing Monaco duo

The Telegraph is reporting that Premier League leaders Chelsea are keeping close tabs on Monaco starlets Thomas Lemar and Djibril Sidibe.

The Blues manager Antonio Conte doesn’t have such a big squad to choose from and he plans to address the issue in the summer transfer window.

The Italian tactician has now set his sights on Monaco hotshots Thomas Lemar and Djibril Sidibe, who have been performing at a very high level this season.

Lemar, 21, has managed impressive 10 goals and 8 assists in 36 competitive outings this season, and he has been one of team’s leading creative outlets.

Meanwhile, full-back Djibril Sidibe, capable of operating on either side, has contributed 2 goals and 4 assists in 22 Ligue 1 matches, and he, too, could be moving to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

Having opened up a 10-point lead at the Premier League summit, the Blues can be backed at 1/7 to win outright.
