Chelsea frustrated with Courtois

Premier League side Chelsea are said to be angry following recent comments from former goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. The Belgian made remarks in reference to the club’s director, mainly over his departure from the club. Courtois went on strike in order to get his move to Real Madrid over the finish line, although he claims that Granovskaia (the sporting director) went back on a promise that he could leave.

Courtois is known for being a controversial figure in the world of football, and it’s been that way for quite some time now. However, there certainly seems to be two sides to the story in this case.

Chelsea’s transfer policies have always been up for debate, and if anyone with credibility is going to shine a light on that, it’d be Courtois. Why? It could be because he loves the spotlight but beyond that, some have suggested that he still has some unfinished business at Stamford Bridge.
