Chelsea have loaned Bertrand Traore to Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem just twenty-four hours after announcing that he had signed for the Blues Sky Sports understands.
The Burkina Faso international penned a deal with the Blues after impressing with them during pre-season, but will spend the remainder of this campaign with the Eredivise outfit along with four other registered Chelsea players.
Defender Patrick van Aanholt, midfielder Christian Cuevas and attackers Lucas Piazon and Chrirstian Atsu are all impressing with Coach Peter Bosz’s side, who currently sit second in the table joint on points with leaders Ajax.
Sam Hutchinson and Gael Kakuta were also with Vitesse but have been recalled.
Traore is in line to make his professional debut when the side travel to Zwolle when the Dutch league recommences after their winter break on January 18th.
Anything other than defeat will see them move into first place with Ajax not playing unitl the following day, when they face PSV Eindhoven.
