Chelsea interested in Saul

According to a recent report from Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are considering a move to try and sign Saul Niguez from Atletico Madrid.

The Blues already have an incredibly strong squad, as they proved just a matter of months ago when they managed to win the Champions League. In addition to that they’ve also managed to re-sign Romelu Lukaku who, in his own right, is widely considered to be one of the best strikers in world football.

Chelsea now want to add another midfielder to their ranks in order for the first team to really feel complete, and while some will argue that it is already, it couldn’t hurt to add a body as experienced as this one to the mix.

Niguez has been an integral piece of the puzzle for Atletico for many years now and if he can replicate that form alongside Kante, the sky is the limit for Thomas Tuchel’s men.
