Premier League holders Chelsea are hot on the trail of Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, according to Tuttosport.
The Blues are preparing for a busy summer transfer window as Antonio Conte is set to take over the reigns and the Croatian midfielder is one of the players on his radar.
Tuttosport claims that Perisic was at the centre of his attention as the current Italy boss attended the Inter vs Napoli match, before sending one of his scouts to watch the Croatia hotshot in midweek clash against Genoa.
And while Inter Milan are not too keen on letting one of their star players leave, chances are they would not be able to resist a big money offer.
Ivan Perisic, 27, joined the Nerazzurri from Wolfsburg last summer and he enjoyed a very good first season in Italian Serie A.
The attacking midfielder has managed 6 goals and 5 assists in 31 league outings, quickly developing into an important player at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
