Chelsea are pondering a move for Marseille striker Loic Remy, according to London Evening Standard.
With the Blues likely to farm out Daniel Sturridge on loan in January, they are expected to add another centre forward to the ranks.
London Evening Standard claims the Champions League winners are weighing up move for Marseille star Loic Remy.
The France international has long ago expressed his desire to leave Velodrome and OM could decide to cash in on their prized asset come January transfer window.
Remy had been paired with Tottenham Hotspur in the past, but Spurs’ interest in the player cooled off after they captured Clint Dempsey and Emmanuel Adebayor.
The 25-year-old, who missed both Euro 2012 and the start of the season through a thigh injury, has scored a total of 27 goals in 65 Ligue 1 appearances for the club.
Remy has made five substitute appearances since recovering from injury, but has yet to get on the scoresheet this season.
