Chelsea are done with their transfer ban and noe they want to make the most out of it. When it became apparent they will be allowed to make deals in the January transfer winsow, most people expected them to do a lot od business, but they did not sign a single player. It seems like they knew what they were doing.
Just few days ago they completed the signing of Hakim Ziyech from Ajax for 45 million euros and it looks like they are going after another player. Matias Vecino could be making a move to Stamford Bridge, according to the Express. They claim Chelsea are keen to sign the Uruguayan, who would cost them 23 million pounds, if Chelsea meet the asking price.
Inter Milan would be also keen to let him go for that kind of money, which would give them some new firepower to buy more new players in the summer, like they did in the past two windows.
