Chelsea keen on Nico Gaitan; Inter, Atletico eyeing Camacho

hot-transfer-newsChelsea keen on Nico Gaitan

Premier League champions Chelsea are considering summer move for Benfica star Nicolas Gaitan, A Bola can reveal.

The Blues are not exactly spoilt for options in the final third and with Juan Cuadrado failing to prove his worth at Stamford Bridge, Jose Mourinho is expected to add another attacking midfielder to his ranks in the summer.

According to A Bola, the Portuguese manager is seriously thinking about recruiting Benfica’s Nicolas Gaitan, who looks ready to leave the Eagles for a top European club this summer.

La Liga high flyers Valencia are also casting admiring glances towards the player who has a €35 million release clause in his deal.

Since joining the club from Boca Juniors, Nicolas Gaitan has managed 30 goals and 67 assists in 212 competitive outings.

The 27-year-old has so far earned mere nine Argentina caps, but he was named in Gerardo Martino’s provisional squad for the 2015 Copa America finals.

Inter, Atletico eyeing Camacho

Spanish daily newspaper Marca is reporting that Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are among clubs showing interest in Malaga hotshot Ignacio Camacho.

The Spanish midfielder has been one of club’s star performers over the last two seasons and he is now being linked with a summer exit.

According to Marca, the likes of Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are keen on the 25-year-old footballer and could be stepping up their interest this summer.

But, with fellow midfielder Sergi Darder also catching the eye of Europe’s top sides, chances are that los Boquerones will not allow both of them to leave at the end of the current campaign.

Ignacio Camacho had come through the youth ranks at Atletico Madrid, but only made 30 league appearances before joining Malaga in January 2011.

He has since developed into one of La Liga’s leading central midfielders and it won’t be long before he leaves La Rosaleda for greener pastures.

French forward on Aston Villa radar

Premier League outfit Aston Villa and Bundesliga side Werder Bremen are weighing up moves for Evian forward Clarck N’Sikulu, according to L’Equipe.

The 22-year-old has been a rare bright spot in an otherwise disappointing campaign for les Roses that saw them suffer relegation to the second division.

As a result, he will probably get a chance to continue his career in a top club, with the likes of Werder Bremen and Aston Villa keen on his services.

The Bundesliga outfit appear to be leading the chase at the moment and they will have their scouts present when Evian face Caen on the final day of the season.

N’Sikulu came through the youth ranks at Lille, but went on to join les Roses without making a first team debut at Stade Lille Metropole.

He has since been showing steady progress and has been in fine form this season, netting five times in 27 league appearances.
