Chelsea are lining up a move for Aston Villa starlet Jack Grealish, according to the Metro.
The 18 year old midfielder has broken into the Villa first team this season after spending the last campaign away on loan, but is stalling on putting pen to paper on a new £5,000-per-week deal with the Midlands club.
He could now be set for a switch to Stamford Bridge, with a January move being mooted though he could leave for a minimal compensation fee at the end of the season when his contract expires.
He made thirty-nine appearances in all competitions for Notts County last season, scoring five goals while both of his outings for Villa this year have been as a substitute, coming on late against both Hull City and Stoke City.
Internationally, he has eligible to play for England despite having already been capped five times for the Republic of Ireland U21s.
