The Daily Mirror is reporting that a number of top European clubs are showing interest in FC Porto starlet Ruben Neves.
Premier League giants Chelsea are the latest high-profile side to have joined the race, and they reportedly aim to offer £24 million plus bonuses for the talented midfielder.
The Blues are keen to secure the deal in the January transfer window and they want the response as soon as possible due to the fact that other top sides are also keen.
Liverpool, Valencia and Juventus have all been showing interest in the 19-year-old footballer, who has already shown a great deal of potential at senior level.
Ruben Neves became FC Porto’s youngest ever captain when he was handed the armband last season and he has so far made 50 Primeira Liga appearances for the Dragons, scoring 2 goals, while featuring in another 15 Champions League fixtures.
