Chelsea are leading the race to sign Vitesse Arhem prospect Thomas Buitink, according to the Daily Star.
Manchester City have been scouting the fifteen year old though the Premier League champions, who have strong linked with Vitesse, are the front runners to secure his services.
Manchester United and Arsenal have also been linked with the striker, who has scored over a hundred goals in the youth ranks at his club, while he has been capped for the Netherlands at U16 level.
Vitesse currently have five Blues players in their squad, with Lewis Baker, Danilo Pantic, Nathan, Dominic Solanke and Isaiah Brown all featuring for them this season while Nemanja Matic is one of a number of players to have previously spent time at the GelreDrome.
Chelsea currently sit in sixteenth place in the Premier League, and can now be backed at a price of 20/1 to retain the title.
