The Mail Online understands that Chelsea are ready to offer William a new £120,000 per week contract amid fears of a summer exodus at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazil international has been one of the stand out performers for the fallen Premier League champions this season, and the club are keen to retain his services.
He has made thirty-six appearances in all competitions, scoring nine goals – five of which have come in seven European outings.
However, with their place in next season’s Champions League far from guaranteed he and a number of his high profile teammates could be set to consider their options.
