Chelsea linked with Inter Milan’s Denzel Dumfries

Chelsea are interested in signing Denzel Dumfries from Inter Milan in the January transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that Chelsea’s Premier League rivals, Tottenham Hotspur, have made enquiries in regarding to bringing the Netherlands international right-back from former Serie A and UEFA Champions League winners Inter to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the middle of the park.

The report has claimed that Inter are willing to sell Dumfries in the January transfer window, but want to keep him on loan until the end of the season. However, Tottenham reportedly want to bring the 26-year-old to the Premier League straightaway.

Dumfries has made 13 starts and two substitute appearances in Serie A for Inter so far this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists in the process. The Inter star has also scored one goal in five UEFA Champions League appearances so far this campaign.
