Juventus, AC Milan, Napoli and Lyon are interested in signing Tiemoue Bakayoko from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, according to Calciomercato.it. Lyon wanted to sign the midfielder on loan with an option to buy this summer, but that is not happening. Bakayoko is willing to make the move to Milan, having played for the Italian giants on loan during the 2018-19 season.
Bakayoko is out of contract at Chelsea next summer. However, the Premier League giants and 2021 Champions League winners have the option to extend it for another year. So the Blues could still send the 27-year-old France international midfielder this summer and still protect his value.
The Frenchman joined Chelsea from AS Monaco in 2017, but the 27-year-old has failed to establish himself in the first team. Bakayoko spent the 2018-19 season on loan at AC Milan, and was on loan at AS Monaco and Napoli for the past two seasons.
