London Evening Standard claims that Premier League champions Chelsea are still hot on the trail of Juventus full-back Alex Sandro.
Manager Antonio Conte doesn’t seem to be too happy with Marcos Alonso’s performances and he is in the market for a new left-back.
Juventus have already rejected two serious offers from the Blues, believed to have been worth £52m and £61m, but Chelsea believe the Bianconeri will consider selling their prized asset.
The Blues hope that Alex Sandro will hand in a transfer request, thus helping them find an agreement with the Italian champions.
Meanwhile, Juventus boss Max Allegri is adamant that the Brazilian will not be sold, but Chelsea have two more weeks to try and persuade the Bianconeri to change their stance.
