Having missed out on Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, Premier League champions Chelsea are thought to have switched their attention to Torino striker Andrea Belotti.
Former Blues frontman and Belgium international Romelu Lukaku was linked with a big-money return to Stamford Bridge, but the English media are reporting that the 24-year-old forward now looks set to move to Old Trafford instead.
And with Diego Costa set to leave the London outfit this summer, Antonio Conte is in an urgent need of reinforcements in the front line.
Sky Italia reports the Blues have prepared two back-up options which include Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata and Torino star Andrea Belotti.
Morata is another player linked with Manchester United, although Conte is hoping to lure his former player to Stamford Bridge.
As for Belotti, the Italian’s sublime scoring form last season has alarmed the host of European giants who were ultimately priced out of any potential bid with Torino officials demanding €100 million for their star.
