Chelsea scouting Florian Neuhaus

Chelsea are interested in signing Florian Neuhaus from Borussia Monchengladbach, according to 90min. The report has claimed that former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea are among the clubs who are scouting the 26-year-old Germany international midfielder.

Monchengladbach do not want to sell Neuhaus in the summer transfer window and want the Germany international midfielder to put pen to paper on a new deal. Talks between the clubs and the midfielder’s people are taking place, but a transfer away from the Bundesliga outfit at the end of the season could still happen.

Neuhaus has made 11 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Bundesliga for Monchengladbach so far this season, scoring one goal in the process. The 26-year-old has made 23 starts and five substitute appearances in the league last season, scoring four goals and providing four assists in the process.
