It has been reported that Chelsea are targeting Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano.
Chelsea have sold Claudio Pizarro to Werder Bremen and Andriy Shevchenko to AC Milan while Didier Drogba has not fully recovered from his injury which has sparked renewed interest in another quality striker.
The Brazilian striker has also been targeted by Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Manchester United.
The fact that fellow – Brazilian players such as Juliano Belletti, Alex and Deco are already at Stamford Bridge may persuade him to move to the London club. That is not to mention the Brazilian manager Luiz Felipe Scolari.
Another Brazilian striker Robinho could be signed for ₤28 million from Real Madrid within the next few days.
