Is Platini going nuts because Chelsea try to tap up french youngster. Seriously what the fuck is going on? Why Platini don’t ban real madrid for inflating transfer market and make la liga two horse race. At least in England you need to have work permit to play soccer what about other leagues and all the tap up happened in last decade. Seriously, get a life and make a fair punishment for fuck sake. FIFA should know that there had been cases of tapping up in the past but none attracted such a level of punishment. It would be unjustifiable at best if the world soccer governing body goes ahead to do this level of damage to chelsea football club
