Mali international Amadou Haidara is a transfer target for the host of European clubs vying for the signature of the highly-rated defensive midfielder currently on trial with French outfit Bordeaux.
The 18-year-old Mali international who came under the radar of European scouts during the 2015 FIFA World Cup U-17 in Chile is tipped to follow the footsteps of his compatriot Adama Traore and make a summer move to the continent.
Amadou Haidara was one of the most promising footballers in the tournament his team finished as runners-up, losing to Nigeria 2-0 in the final.
Currently member of the JMG Academy Bamako, Amadou Haidara is thought to be followed by Reims and Monaco, but also Red Bull Salzburg, Granada and Premier League champions Chelsea according to reports from L’Eqipe.
The Blues are considering a move for the 18-year-old who would be immediately loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem, who have been serving as the farming ground for the Blues over the past five years.
