Chelsea want Hysaj

According to reports in Italy, Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is very interested in the possibility of bringing Elseid Hysaj to Stamford Bridge. The gaffer worked extensively with the full-back during his time with Napoli, and he seems hell bent on bringing as many of his former stars over to the Premier League as possible. While that may seem like a good tactic, it’ll be interesting to see whether the players in question are able to transition over to English football quite as easily as he’s imagining.

Chelsea are in a bit of a rut right now after losing two of their last three games, with the latest being a shock defeat at the hands of Wolverhampton Wanderers. It appears as if Sarri is heading back to the drawing board after an initially strong start to life in England, and given the success he enjoyed with Napoli, it may not be the worst idea in the world.
