Chelsea want January business

According to a recent report from The Times, Chelsea’s owners are planning on spending ‘aggressively’ during the January transfer window.

In the wake of Thomas Tuchel’s departure and Graham Potter’s arrival, it’s clear to see that there is big change needed at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are off to a poor start so far this season and if they’re serious about enjoying a strong campaign, they need to start looking at how they can sure up their squad – and we’re talking about every part of the pitch here.

Chelsea spent £260 million on new signings during the summer but with reports suggesting they want to make a move for PSG’s Luis Campos as a new director of football, it seems like they’re going to have a clearer target on the players they do and don’t want to bring in.

Either way, the next couple of months are going to be crucial to determine what they do in the new year.
