Chelsea are willing to sell Kalidou Koulibaly in the summer of 2023, according to The Guardian. The report has claimed that the 31-year-old Senegal international centre-back is among a number of players the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are willing to offload at the end of the season.
Koulibaly joined Chelsea from Italian club Napoli only in the summer of 2022. The defender has made 12 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Blues so far this season, scoring two goals in the process. The Senegalese star has also played four times in the UEFA Champions League for Graham Potter’s side so fa this campaign.
Chelsea are 10th in the Premier League table at the moment with 29 points from 20 matches, as many as 10 points behind fourth-placed Manchester United, who occupy the final UEFA Champions league spot in the standings. The Blues will face Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund in the Round of 16 of the uEFA Champions League this season.
