Chinese side Dalian Yifang in mega-money bid for Wilfried Zaha

Crystal Palace superstar Wilfried Zaha is the subject of a lucrative offer from China.

Chinese outfit Dalian Yifang are said to be looking to triple Zaha’s £130,000 a week salary and are willing to offer him huge £11 million a year in order to make him one of the best-paid players in the world.

With such a wage structure and a four-year deal that is being mentioned in the British press, the Ivory Coast international would pocket the minimum of £44 after tax.

Daily Mail adds that Zaha could be given further £2.5 million in bonuses while the Chinese club would also cover his travel expenses to allow him to return to the UK on regular basis.

Wilfried Zaha remains one of the key figures at Selhurst Park and Crystal Palace are unlikely to sanction the January move, however. He is on a contract running until 2023 and it is understood that Zaha would rather stay until the end of the season and possibly move to a European side.
