A late Dino Djulbic strike helped rescue a point for Shaanxi Chanba in a 2-2 draw with Tianjin Teda in the Chinese Super League on Saturday.

Tianjin, who qualified for the last 16 of the AFC Champions League on Wednesday after beating Korean side Jeju United, could not transfer that form to the domestic competition.

Qu Bo opened the scoring for Shaanxi Chanba from the spot in the 37th minute before Wu Weian equalised for Arie Haan’s men.

Argentine Luciano Olguin’s 75th-minute strike put Tianjin ahead before Australian Djulbic’s goal four minutes later ensured both sides would take a share of the points.

Elsewhere, Shandong Luneng edged out Jiangsu Sainty 1-0 thanks to Deng Zhuoxiang’s late strike in the 84th minute, while Changchun Yatai and Shanghai Shenhua played out a scoreless draw.
