Christophe Jallet on Marseille radar

L’Equipe is reporting that Marseille are being linked with a January bid for Paris Saint-Germain full-back Christophe Jallet.

With Rod Fanni unlikely to extend his current deal that is due to expire in June 2015, OM are on the lookout for the new right-sided defender.

According to L’Equipe, they are considering a January swoop for PSG full-back Christophe Jallet.

The France international has lost his place in the side following the arrival of Laurent Blanc and in turn made just 8 league appearances this season.

He is, therefore, looking to leave the Saints in search of first team football and is likely to be tempted by the offer from Marseille.

Given that Jallet is set to miss two months of action through a herniated disc, PSG are set to sign him a replacement, meaning the 30-year-old will be allowed to leave the club this January.

The Saints, who are three points clear at the Ligue 1 summit, are 1/8 favourites to defend the league trophy.
