Cillessen’s Barcelona future still uncertain?

“I still have not considered anything”.

Those are the short and sweet words of Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen, who has stated that he has made no decision regarding his future at the club. He has just been away on international duty, and while some reports are suggesting that he has had a good think and chat with those close to him about his future, nobody really knows for sure. It’s been clear to see for a while now that he has been upset with the distinct lack of opportunities that he has been awarded at the Nou Camp, and to be perfectly honest, it’s not exactly hard to understand why. He has been given a great gift when it comes to his footballing abilities, but he just can’t seem to get an extended ‘break’ so to speak.

Either way, it’s going to be a very interesting few weeks for him, it seems.
