Manchester City are considering a bid for Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster, according to the Daily Express.

The Citizens boss Manuel Pellegrini seems to have lost patience with Joe Hart following yet another costly mistake and he is likely to enter the market for a new shot-stopper.

Daily Express has suggested that the Chilean has made Celtic’s Fraser Forster one of his primary targets in the January transfer window.

The Citizens could, however, face a stiff competition for the player’s signature from Manchester United and Barcelona, who are also thought to be keen.

Joe Hart’s starting berth is in serious danger after his blunder helped Chelsea win the high-profile clash at Stamford Bridge and many believe that he will be dropped for the weekend’s game against Norwich.
