Manchester United are lining up a bid to sign Mesut Ozil from Bundesliga side Werder Bremen, according to a report in The Times.
The 21-year-old has been a hit in the Bundesliga this season and is valued at £20million by Werder Bremen.
Ozil can play on the left wing or as a playmaker in a central role.
The youngster’s contract with Werder Bremen is set to expire at the end of next season and the Bundesliga side may be willing to sell the midfielder for less than the £20million they value him at.
