Manchester City are prepared to offer Belgian winger Adnan Januzaj a major pay rise to leave Old Trafford, reports Metro.
The 18-year-old has already played his way into the first team plans of David Moyes and has made two substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.
He is being touted as the future star at Old Trafford, but the Red Devils could have a real fight on their hands in an attempt to tie down the youngster to a long-term deal.
And while Manchester United are in the talks with Januzaj’s representatives over a new deal, Manchester City are reportedly ready to triple the player’s wages to lure him to Etihad.
According to Metro, the Citizens have prepared a five-year contract worth £45,000 per week for the Belgian footballer.
After impressing in pre-season, Januzaj has also featured in Community Shield match against Wigan and Capital One Cup clash with Liverpool.
