(GSM) – Manchester City have signed Lazio full-back Aleksandar Kolarov for 19million Euros (£15.9m) from Lazio.
According to Italian media reports, the Serbia left-back’s move has now been finalized after hours of negotiations between City manager Roberto Mancini and officials of both clubs.
Juventus were also reportedly keen to sign the Serb, but could not match City’s spending power.
Kolarov can play can adapt to both the left-back and left-midfield positions.
He has made over 80 appearances for Lazio in three seasons.
