French champions Olympique de Lyon have loaned out Cléber Anderson to Brazilian side Sao Paulo.
The 27-year-old joined Lyon from Benfica last season and initially managed to conquer a spot in the starting line-up.
However, a serious knee injury kept the Brazilian on the sidelines for the second half of the season.
The defender, who spent the first five years of his career (2000-05) at Corinthians, might not be the only player to leave Lyon in the coming days as team mate Sébastian Squillaci appears to be close to a transfer to Spanish side Sevilla.
