Nottingham Forest are considering a move for former West Ham United midfielder Jack Collison, according to Talksport.
The midfielder was released by Hammers boss Sam Allardyce at the end of last season, after making over a hundred appearances for the club since breaking into the first team in 2008.
Forest were linked with the 25 year old back in January, though he opted for a temporary move to Wigan Athletic, where he made ten appearances before returning to Upton Park.
He also had a loan spell with Bournemouth earlier in the 2013/14 campaign, while internationally he has been capped twelve times for Wales.
The East Midlands side have already brought in four players this summer, as they look to improve on last season’s eleventh place finish.
They begin the forthcoming campaign at the City Ground against relegation favourites Blackpool, and the home win can be backed at a price of 4/6.
