Bundesliga side FC Cologne have taken young Zoran Tosic on loan till the end of the season from Manchester United. Tosic, 22, joined Manchester United last winter from Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade and has made five appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils so far.
Tosic, born in the north Serbian city of Zrenjanin, started his career with FK Proleter. He switched clubs in 2006 when he moved to Banat Zrenjanin. A year later, he was snapped up by Partizan Belgrade.
Tosic earned his first cap for Serbia U-21 in March 2007. Later that year he made his senior debut against Finland.
The winger had also attracted attention from Sporting Lisbon and FC Twente but Cologne have emerged winners in the race to sign him. Cologne are currently 13th in the 18 team Bundesliga.
